public-facing content submissions for as long as relevant to our mission, archives, programming, or historical records, unless we determine otherwise or agree in writing to different treatment.
Story submissions and related materials may be retained for an indefinite period as part of PVP’s program records, archives, and storytelling work unless you request that we discontinue future PVP-controlled uses or unless we determine deletion is appropriate.
Even if you request withdrawal, we may retain certain records as needed for legal, archival, administrative, donor, accounting, security, or risk-management purposes, and we cannot retract materials already published, distributed, downloaded, shared, performed, archived, or republished by others.
When we no longer have a legitimate need to retain personal information, we will delete, anonymize, or securely store it until deletion is feasible.
