About Pat Raffee

Pat worked as a consultant mostly in California or Northeastern cities before relocating to North Idaho in 1992. When she joined the Panhandle Piecemakers quilt guild in Sandpoint and the North Idaho Quilters guild in Coeur d’Alene, Pat learned from talented women in both groups.

She was project coordinator with 15 women for 16 months to create a quilt of Idaho’s State Seal (the only state seal designed by a woman), which hangs in the lobby of the Post Falls Police Department.

Pat has supported women’s reproductive rights for more than five decades. She is pleased to donate these quilted artworks to assist the Pro-Voice Project’s fund-raising goals.
